1. Membership Overview

The Member is purchasing the Founding Member Membership at Yogalates House for the period:

October 1, 2025 – October 1, 2026. The Founding Member Membership also gives you free access to all the classes during the last week of September 2025 (our projected opening week).

Only 33 Founding Member Memberships will be offered. Membership includes the exclusive benefits outlined below.

2. Membership Fee

• Total amount due: €888 ( €799 with approved Retreat discount)
• Payment options include: in full, or in two installments. The first installment must be made the same day of the signed contract. The second installment must be made before the 5th of September.
• Failure of payment will result in loss of Founder Member Membership eligibility.
• Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Founding Member Benefits

For the duration of the membership period, the Member is entitled to:

• Unlimited access to all weekly group classes at Yogalates House (always with prior reservation through our booking app, and subject to availability) throughout one year, as the dates stated above.
• 25% discount on all Yogalates House events, workshops, and retreats.
• Ability to bring one guest twice a month, free of charge. It must be guests who haven’t been to the studio before.
• Invitation to exclusive Founding Members–only events (approximately 1 per trimester).
• Invitation to participate in our instructor audition classes, helping shape the future studio team.
• Surprise gifts, perks, and events throughout the year.
• Lifetime Founding Member status, with access to future exclusive discounts (even after the 1 year class membership expires).

4. Reservation & Attendance

• Class reservations are required in advance and subject to availability.
• A no-show or late cancellation (under 12h notice) may result in a booking restriction at the Studio’s discretion.
• Guest passes must be registered in advance through the Studio’s system

5. Studio Rights & Modifications

• Yogalates House reserves the right to modify the schedule, instructors, or offerings during the year.
• Members will be notified of any major changes that may affect their access.
• Founding Member privileges are personal and cannot be shared, sold, or transferred.

6. Termination & Refund Policy

• The membership is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Violations of Studio rules or disrespectful conduct may result in membership cancellation without refund.

7. Liability Waiver

By enrolling in a membership with Yogalates House, the Member affirms that they are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent their safe participation in classes, workshops, events, or any other activities offered by the Studio. It is the Member’s responsibility to consult with a physician prior to engaging in any physical activity, especially if they have pre-existing medical conditions, are pregnant, or have recently undergone surgery or treatment.

The Member voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to: physical injury, mental distress, illness, or property loss or damage. Yogalates House, including its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates, shall not be held liable for any claim, demand, cause of action, or damages resulting from participation in any of the Studio’s offerings, whether occurring on or off the premises, including online sessions.

The Studio is also not responsible for the safekeeping of the Member’s personal belongings while on the premises. By signing this agreement, the Member fully releases and discharges Yogalates House from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from or in connection with participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Acceptance

By completing the purchase, the Member agrees to all the terms above.
