Yogalates House was founded to create a home away from home for you in Madrid. It is a safe space where you can come as you are, and connect with mind, body and soul. It is a space where you can find friends, connect with like-minded people and most importantly connect with yourself. Yogalates House is Your House.

Can I rent the Yogalates House space?

Are classes taught in English or Spanish?

Most classes are taught in English but we have classes in Spanish too. We ensure a welcoming experience for all, regardless of language.

How can I book a wellness class?

Booking is easy through our online system – simply click on “Book a class” and reserve your spot.

How many classes do you have per week?

We offer 30+ classes per week, and our schedule increases together with the growth of our community.

Do I need to bring any material to the wellness classes?

We provide all necessary equipment, including mats, blocks, and props, so just bring yourself and a water bottle. Wear comfortable clothing and get ready to feel at home!

Are showers available?

Yes, our studio offers shower facilities for your convenience.
